Holding up to 250 guests, the space is versatile for your very special ceremony and reception. Or, celebrate under the exquisite outdoor gazebo while your guests enjoy the breathtaking view of the crystal clear lake! Planted with the perfectly trimmed green grass, Tradition Town Hall will certainly make a lasting impression and create memories that will last a lifetime. Venue Notes

For a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday venue rental of Town Hall (typically used for wedding receptions or ceremonies): $4800 plus tax - covers the rental of a 12-hour event, including set up and breakdown. If you need additional time, each additional hour or any portion of is $400.00 each. For a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday venue rental of Town Hall: $3000 - covers the rental of a up to 12 hour event, including set up and breakdown. If you need additional time, each additional hour or any portion of is $300.00 each. For any rental of Tradition Town Hall, there is also the inclusion of the $500 per event refundable damage deposit. This amount is returned to you upon there being no damage to the venue. You can also use the Tradition Gazebo as a venue for the wedding ceremony, which will cost $900 for a 90 minute rental. If you need additional time, each additional hour or any portion of is $200.00 each. You can add the Gazebo rental to the TownHall Rental for a discounted rate of $750.
