The rental fee is $3,400 per day plus $20 per person for a ceremony and reception and includes 2 days of event time including set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit of $1,200 is required. Please note event booking includes a 2 night minimum stay for up to 20 guests. After 20 guests, each guest is an additional $20 per person, not included in rental fees. There is an additional $300 housekeeping fee and a 3 hour open bar minimum for the reception.Amenities And Requirements
