The Regency Hotel & Conference Center, adjacent to the Coliseum, is located in the heart of the capital City of Jackson, Mississippi, where Southern Hospitality is not only a tradition but a way of life. With over 20,000 Sq. ft. of function space, the conference center is able to handle small to large weddings and receptions.The catering staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the sales staff is always happy to assist you with setting up your event. The facility has up to 12 meeting rooms, which will combine to accommodate a large gathering of your family and friends. The Regency Lounge features a bar area and cool, blue lighting that sets the mood for your party. Imagine tables of festive food as you dine, dance and toast to your new beginning. The Regency Lounge is simple and neutral, allowing you to transform the space into the wedding you’ve always envisioned. Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $1,200 to $3,600 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The fee for a ceremony is $1,180 with reception rental or $1,180 for a ceremony only wedding. Please note there is a required $500 corkage fee and additional set up and clean up fee beginning at $600 depending on which room is being used. Venue has a variety of rooms available, please inquire directly with the venue as pricing may vary.
