Venue Notes

The rental fee is $1,200 for a reception and includes 10 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. Also included: Linens (white, black, or cream), skirting with lights for all specialty tables, linen napkins (6 color choices), dance floor, microphone & audio system, portable bar set up, mirrors for centerpieces, elegant vases of various sizes & styles, riser for head table, guest menus at every place setting, and professional wedding coordinator and staff. For private cash bars, there is a $500 drink minimum for parties of 150 guests or more and there is a $300 drink minimum for parties of 150 guests or less.
