NEWTON WHITE MANSION offers an elegant and refined atmosphere for your guests. The estate is set alongside a beautiful golf course that spans over 586 acres of land. This Neo-Georgian style home was built in 1939 by architect William Lawrence Bottomley for Captain Newton H. White of the United States Navy. A large, brick patio with a central fountain, surrounded by lush woodlands, and verdant gardens, provides a serene atmosphere for your outdoor event. Inside, its impressive hardwood floors, a contemporary glass enclosed atrium, and numerous breakout spaces, await to provide you an exceptional experience. We will meet your highest standards with professional, courteous staff and attention to detail. Our flexibility allows us to accommodate your customized requests.Venue Notes
The rental fee ranges from $1,700 to $4,400 for ceremony and reception depending on whether the bride and groom are residents of Prince George’s or Montgomery Counties and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. For residents of Prince George's or Montgomery Counties, a wedding in the Mansion ranges from $1,700 to $3,500. For nonresidents, a wedding in the Mansion ranges from $2,100 to $4,400. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee. A refundable security deposit of $750 is required. Estimates provided by Wedding Spot are based on pricing for residents of Prince George's or Montgomery Counties.
