Knight’s Gambit Vineyard is over five acres of Petit Verdot, Pinot Grigio, Merlot and Cabernet Franc located in the Monticello AVA on a rolling hillside facing the Blue Ridge Mountains near Whitehall, Virginia. Knight’s Gambit was established in 2003, and provided grapes to various local wineries. They are now producing and selling their own wines, Meritage, Petit Verdot, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay under the Knight’s Gambit label. The wines are available locally, in select wine shops and restaurants, and in the tasting room. The graceful grounds, with their panoramic views of the vineyard and Blue Ridge Mountains, are an ideal setting for wedding tents, dinner and dancing. Use of the indoor wine tasting facility is also available. Imagine mixing and mingling with guests, while you sip wines and relish in the most romantic day of your life.
