Get Married with a Purpose! You will love the serenity and beauty of our mountainside retreat nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Having your wedding at Apple Ridge Farm in Copper Hill helps our non-profit's mission of Helping Kids Grow! 100% of the proceeds from your wedding go directly to sending Roanoke Valley underprivileged children to summer camp each year. Your wedding day will include access to 3 lovely buildings, our charming pond and stream, hiking trails, indoor and outdoor facilities, outdoor adventure activities and more on our 96 acre property. Book your tour and reserve your date today! Included in our wedding packages are: Complimentary 1-night stay with breakfast for the wedding couple in one of our Caboose Car Bed and Breakfast suites. The Mead-or Building: For ceremony and/or reception. Seats 150 auditorium-style seating or 120 with tables and chairs. Has Bridal Suite, Family Room, and a wrap-around porch. The Porterfield Dairy Barn: For rehearsal dinner space for up to 35 people or use it as a Bridal Suite. Has a wrap-around porch. Timber Frame Pavilion: Large outdoor and covered space for ceremony and/or reception. Seats 120 with tables and chairs. Available for add on: Starr’s House Lodge: For use as a Groomsmen Suite. Can be rented as an Add-on for lodging for up to 32 guests in 2 large bunk rooms and 1 small bunk room. Observation Tower: Can be used for a special attraction during the wedding and for memorable photos. From hiking trails to tennis courts to an Junior Olympic size swimming pool, there is an endless selection of activities for your guests to enjoy. Since 1978, Apple Ridge Farm has been providing unique and impactful educational programs for more than 80,000 youth. Its founder, Peter Lewis, purchased this farm in 1974 to establish a mountain summer camp site to give underprivileged children an educational experience at a rural retreat in nature. Today, it is a specialty venue with beautiful rustic charm to host your perfect day. This venue provides magical places to celebrate your new life together!
