This stunning venue features two spectacular multipurpose rooms that measure a combined 11,000 square feet, as well as a lovely 2,000 square foot patio that boasts an impeccable landscape and impressive stone fireplace. Its largest event space is the Plaza Ballroom: an elegantly appointed room that can seat up to 300 guests with a dance floor or 350 guests without. Alternatively, for a more intimate party you may choose to celebrate in the stylish Parkway Ballroom, which can seat up to 75 guests. Both ballrooms have access to the picturesque outdoor patio and include tables, walnut Chiavari chairs, linens, and many other wonderful amenities. The rental fee ranges from $700 to $5,000 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony is $500 with reception rental.
