Quaking Aspen Ranch Overview

Nestled in the shadow of the rugged Beartooth Mountains, Quaking Aspen Ranch provides unparalleled views and natural beauty from its location in the Yellowstone tributary valley. The sprawling ranch estate boasts an authentic log Lodge, rustic Barn, historic bridge, ponds with a dock, and a river weaving through it all! All the acreage surrounding the ranch is groomed and impeccably-manicured. The lawns are dotted with Quaking Aspen and Cottonwood trees. Areas outdoors can be enclosed with hanging votive candles, mason jars with candles, bistro lights, burlap, etc. to create the perfect alfresco ambience for a magical wedding ceremony. The Barn is the most popular reception location and is an excellent reception hall complete with a dance floor and stage. The barn features a concrete floor and the interior is lined with weathered barn wood and festive string lights. The Historic Bridge also makes a stunning location for either ceremony or reception. When the bridge is used at night, bistro lights line both handrails down the entire length of the bridge and then zigzag back and forth overhead. It's a magnificent site for intimate family-style dinners or a heartfelt ceremony!

Venue Notes

The rental fee is $8,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Rental fee includes access to the entire venue for the weekend, Friday-Sunday. Venue can accommodate 23 overnight guests.
