The Landing 1841 Overview
When you experience the natural rustic beauty of a barn met with elegance and grandeur, you have arrived at The Landing. With its breathtaking panoramic views of The White River, The Landing provides a gorgeous yet private setting for your wedding day. Stepping into the barn the rustic wood beams create an instant feeling of comfort and warmth that beckons you in, while your eyes are drawn upward toward beams of light reflecting from the chandeliers. Grab a cocktail at the built in bar and head out the French doors to a large deck area overlooking the expansive lawn and river views. With both heating and air conditioning The Landing is the perfect combination of natural beauty and sophisticated grandeur that can be enjoyed all year long. The barn has a very unique layout, which makes the possibilities for your event endless. Ceremonies can take place indoors or outdoors along the river with a grand willow tree for the backdrop. The rental fee ranges from $3,800 to $6,000 for a reception (with or without ceremony) and includes 8 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. Ceremony only option is not offered at this time. A $500 security deposit is required with the initial down payment of half the rental fee.Amenities And Requirements

Requirements
- Alcohol must be provided by venue- Amplified music OK indoors only- Beverage packages are required through our exclusive bar service BAR 1841 which is owned and operated by The Landing 1841. Due to WI state liquor laws outside alcohol is prohibited- Choose from a list for catering- Music must end by 10:30PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking outside only
