There is no rental fee for the ceremony or reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 3 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. If the entire venue is bought out, access is from 5:00PM-midnight. Food and beverage minimum is subject to change and may vary depending on the time of the year. Please inquire directly with venue to confirm pricing. Venue works with a bakery and a cake could be applied to food and beverage minimum. There is a cake cutting fee if another cake is brought in.
