The rental fee is $1,000 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $300 to $1,050. There is also a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $750/hr.
