Nestled amid boutique shops, restaurants and covered bridges connected by brick-lined paths, we offer ideal spaces for affordable wedding ceremonies, receptions, luncheons and dinners in one of the Salt Lake Valley’s most charming venues. Our vested staff is committed to exceeding your expectations at affordable prices in one of our event venues – The Gathering Place, Mill Plaza or the Gear Room. From our delicious menus to our gracious service, we’re the ideal place for you and your guests to celebrate your special occasion. You’ll also find we’re a one-stop shop for your wedding cake at Naborhood Bakery, candy favors at Chocolate Covered Wagon and flowers at Simply Flowers located right outside our doors. Gardner Village is located in the heart of the Salt Lake Valley with ample, free parking and easily accessed off the I-15 freeway. We’re committed to making your wedding celebrations the very best possible.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $1,950 to $2,100 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The rental fee for a ceremony is $500. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $225/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Please inquire with the venue regarding morning ceremony only events. Not available for events on Sundays. Monday rental rate is $1,200. A 7.85% tax is applied to food.
