Magnolia Grove offers an exceptional value for outdoor or indoor celebration. The delicious and affordable menu is perfect for your brunch, luncheon, or dinner reception. Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $3,800 to $4,300 for a reception and includes 7 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $450 to $595 with reception rental or ranges from $700 to $850 for a ceremony only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $270/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Please inquire with the venue for discounts on daytime rentals. Rental includes use of full facility. Thursday rental fee is the same as Weekend and Friday pricing.

Requirements

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- BYO alcohol- Beer and wine only- Catering provided by venue- Music must end by 11:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations
