Val du Vino Winery Overview

Tucked amongst old oak trees, Val du Vino Winery is located at the end of a charming street in Murphys, California, less than two hours from lovely Sacramento. The only working winery on Main Street, the barn dates back to the 1920s and has been in the wine business for more than 30 years. Walk down the aisle amongst the people you love most to say your vows under a towering tree. Or meet your beloved under a green arch and say “I do” on the sunny lawn. The period barn provides a lovely place for your stunning reception, complete with wine barrels and crates adding to the rustic ambience. Guests will dine and dance under the stars as they sample delectable wines and unforgettable food. Cut the cake with all of your friends and family witnessing your special day. Val du Vino is the perfect blend of rustic charm and small-town hospitality and will make your big day the best day of your life.

Venue Notes

The rental rate for having an event at Val du Vino Winery is $1800.00 per day or $2800.00 per day during harvest & crush season (dates vary August through October), plus the purchase of 2 cases of Val du Vino or Allegorie wines per 50 guests & 1 additional case per 25 guests. Deposit and Payment: To confirm the reservation, we require a non-refundable deposit ($750), which goes towards rental fee only. If the reservation is cancelled, the $750 is not refunded.

Requirements

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 10:30PM- No sparklers, bottle rockets, fire crackers/fireworks, confetti, glitter, silly string, tacks, staples- Other alcohol and/or non-alcoholic beverages can be brought in- Portie Potties provided - Purchase of 2 cases of wine required per 50 guests- Smoking outside only- Venue must approve all decorations- Wheelchair access limited
