The rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $2,500 for a reception and includes 8 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $100/hr. A refundable security deposit is required.Amenities And Requirements

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 10:30PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking in designated areas only
