Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $500 to $2000 for a ceremony. Reception costs are determined by number of attendees and venue. Venues range in price from $500 rental based on a $4000 food and beverage minimum up to $1500 rental based on a $12000 minimum (all subject to service e charge and sales tax) and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is also a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. If ceremony and reception are held together, 1 room rental fee will be waived.

- Alcohol must be provided by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- Entertainment and decorators must provide liability insurance- Food & beverage minimum- General liability insurance required- Music must end by midnight- No Helium Balloons, No open flame, Outside Caterer allowed only with approval from hotel- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking outside only- Venue must approve all decorations
