The rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $3,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony only wedding ranges from $1,500 to $2,000. There is also a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. **Venue fees may be subject to negotiationAmenities And Requirements

Requirements
- Alcohol must be provided by venue- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Catering provided by venue- Food & beverage minimum- Music must end by 10:00PM- Must reserve the (6) rooms directly under the roof in order for your event to go until 10:00pm. If no rooms, event must end by 8:00pm on rooftop- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No smoking- Valet parking or shuttle service required- Venue must approve all decorations
