Gramercy Mansion Overview

Step into luxurious gardens for your wedding day! Tucked into 45 acres of blooming grounds and wooded walkways stands Gramercy Mansion, a historic Tudor Mansion with 11 bed & breakfast rooms. This venue has multiple setup options for your special day that takes classy and elegant to a whole new level to ensure that your wedding vision comes to life. They are just 20 minutes from the thrills of downtown Baltimore! The Mansion can accommodate up to 150 guests seated, or 200 guests standing, while the Carriage House can accommodate 100 guests or less seated. Couples may have indoor or outdoor ceremonies and receptions. The Mansion features elegant décor and artwork on the walls, as well as cozy fireplaces that provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Our innkeepers graciously welcome, accept and respect all couples, families, and guests at our venue.

Venue Notes

Reservations for the Mansion range from $3,000-$6,000, April-December. Our winter rates are available January-March and range from $2,500-$4,500. The Carriage House ranges from $1,500-$3,500, April-December. Winter rates of $1,000-$2,500 are available January-March. Reception prices include venue space, tables ans chair for the reception. The ceremony fee for either location is $500 and includes the setup and cleanup of provided chairs. Want to add a half hour or an hour to your rental? Additional half hours are $400, and additional hours are $800. Last minute discounts and elopement packages are also available!

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors only- Choose from a list for catering- Music must end by 11:00PM- No confetti, glitter, rose petals indoors, no holes in walls, etc.- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations
