The rental fee is $4,000 for a reception and includes 7 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $1,500 to $3,500 with reception rental or ranges from $1,500 to $3,500 for a ceremony only wedding. - Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors only- Approved outside caterer allowed- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 11:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No smoking- Venue must approve all decorations
