The rental fee is $500 per room for a reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. There is also a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The set up fee for a outdoor lawn ceremony is $250 with reception rental. A non-refundable security deposit of $500 is required upon booking your date.Amenities And Requirements
