With over 3,000 square feet of outdoor patio area, The Terrace House provides a comfortable space for parties up to 150 guests. Two levels of decks and large windows throughout The Terrace House allow for brilliant views of the surrounding valley from every room and area of the property. The rental fee is $4,500 for a reception and ceremony and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. Event booking requires 3 night minimum stay for $10,000 fee.
