Village Green Community Center Overview

The Village Green Community Center is a grand space to host your big day. This 23,000 square foot building was designed with large windows to provide you and all your guests with a great view and natural lighting. The 3300 sq foot Banquet Hall can seat up to 180 people for a dinner event. Sound/Screen and tables and chairs are all included in our price. Our hotel-quality sound can provide excellent music options and our microphone technology can be heard throughout. Our commercial kitchen is completely equipped with everything you'd need and we offer a separate Green Room space for lounging all day, before and after the big moment. All three rooms come with the 11 hour rental of 10AM-9PM for only $2,800. The building is surrounded with woods and cobblestone courtyards. As us about our referral list of local caterers, florists, event designers and rental places. We are only two blocks from an ocean beach and 20 minutes away from the Hansville Lighthouse - all excellent, additional photo perfect areas for outdoor pics. Venue Notes

The rental fee is $2,800 for a reception and/or ceremony and includes 11 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit of $150 is required. A WA state banquet permit is also required. There is also an alcohol surcharge of $150.
