Located in the heart of Chelsea’s art district in Manhattan, Loft 29 offers a stunning setting to host a gorgeous and unique wedding reception. LOFT 29 has been a staple venue spot for high-end clientele such as Versace, Elle Magazine, Nick Jonas, Ava DuVernay, and many more. We have moved to a new home, but we will continue to be the same elegant and prestigious backdrop to your event, production, or off-site! Its versatile main space has a modern, industrial aesthetic that acts as a blank canvas that you can transform to suit your wants and needs, while its various design textures—including textured concrete walls and columns, bronze brushed accent wall, black steel brushed accent wall (by kitchen), several 100-year-old metal doors, and white stained wood flooring—will provide a spectacular backdrop for both your celebration and your wedding photographs. The rental fee is $350/hr for a ceremony and reception and includes 1 hour of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony only wedding is $300/hr Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $350/hr. All event bookings have a $200 cleaning fee added.Amenities And Requirements
