The historic setting of Birkby House provides a beautiful backdrop for your special day. Built circa 1770, Thomas Birkby's estate includes the Main House, the Carriage House, the meticulously landscaped gardens, and the idyllic white gazebo. The beautiful tented courtyard, featuring chandeliers and specialty lighting, accommodates about 200 guests for a seated celebration or 225 guests for a standing reception. Within the house, the elegant rooms seat up to 50 people. They also offer a variety of seating in the Carriage House. Experience the elegance and timelessness of a wedding at this unique location. The rental fee ranges from $3,400 to $7,400 for a ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required.
