The rental fee is $310/hr for a ceremony and reception and includes 1 hour of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony only wedding is $310/hr. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $310/hr. Please note pricing listed is for a guest count of 249 guests for a 4 hour event. The venue is able to accommodate events with a guest count between 110 to 400 guests, pricing ranges from $155/hr to $450/hr. A refundable security deposit of $650 is required. Please note the refundable damage deposit may decrease depending on guest count and alcohol. Hourly minimums are dependent guest count size. There is an additional hour minimum for every 100 guests starting at a 2 hour minimum. Security is required after 100 guests.Amenities And Requirements
