Brookmeadow Country Club Overview

Whether you have decided on a wedding celebration that is prim and classic, or one that is casual and sophisticated, Brookmeadow Country Club is for you. This hidden gem can be found just 30 minutes southwest of Boston and sits on a beautifully landscaped, 18-hole championship golf course. The lush greenery and manicured grounds provide an amorous setting for an outdoor ceremony. The redbrick walkway, magnificent gazebo, seasonal flowers, and accent garden lights all work in harmony to create a dreamlike effect. After the ceremony, guests are invited to make their way to the spacious, covered, mahogany veranda for cocktail hour. Your grand reception is then held in the Grand Ballroom, which boasts vaulted ceilings, large triangle windows, and lovely neutral tones that will work with any wedding color palette. In the ballroom, guests will be treated to fine cuisine suited for every taste and palate. Guests can gather around an impressive dark cherry bar for drinks and dance the night away on an oak wood dance floor. French doors open to magnificent views of the course illuminated by the soft landscape lighting.

Venue Notes

There is no rental fee for the reception but there are certain revenue minimums applied to all events depending upon event date and time. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $1,000. There are all-inclusive packages available, which range from $119 to $129 per person and vary depending on the season. The wedding package shown on Wedding Spot is the Classic Wedding Package which includes choice of a buffet or 2-course plated meal. All packages are completely customizable and adding or removing services will alter the price. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A non-refundable security deposit of $2,000 is required.
