Located in the heart of the beautifully quaint Historic Downtown Sanford, the Ritz Theater at Wayne Densch Performing Arts Center is an incredible venue for your wedding day. Support services include unique options like a concession area, full janitorial service and marquee customization. Originally completed in July 1923, this spectacular location is full of history. Beginning in 2015, a fund-raising project was begun to fund several capital improvements, critical infrastructure maintenance and renovations. These projects included a complete repainting of the Theater, major upgrade to the marquee which replaced all high usage lighting with LED technology lighting and the installation of the RITZ Theatre sign as it looked back in the 1930’s.
