Perfect for summer weddings from June to September, Ballenger House easily hosts around 100 guests outdoors or 50 seated guests inside the spacious red brick home. Surrounded by lush gardens and towering oak trees, Ballenger House still retains its original windows, cabinets, oak and maple floors. The rental fee is $500 for a reception and ceremony and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The rental fee for a ceremony only wedding is $500. A refundable security deposit of $150 is required.Amenities And Requirements
