The rental fee ranges from $4,100 to $5,100 for a reception and ceremony and includes 7 hours of event time, including set-up. Weekdays and Sunday include a 6 hour rental. Prices listed for Saturday events apply for Holidays as well. Church Style Ceremony add-on includes room changeover fee, 1 hour rehearsal on the Thursday prior to the wedding, and a rehearsal coordinator. Included in Large event rental pricing: linen, tables, chairs, cleaning, set-up for the caterer, service ware, and Coffee, Iced Tea, soda and 2 bartenders for the event.Amenities And Requirements
