Boasting a modern design and warm ambience, our deluxe hotel offers 25,000 square feet of flexible event space in which to gather your friends and family to celebrate your very special occasion. Whether you are planning an intimate party of ten or a grand celebration with over 500 guests, the Ramkota Hotel & Conference has a space that will suit your needs. We offer two Ballrooms, the Missouri and the Dakota. Each are unique and have different requirements for the occasion. Our secluded Missouri Ballroom requires a minimum of 150 adults for dinner, while the maximum for dinner is 240. The spacious Dakota Ballroom requires a minimum of 300 adults for dinner, and also includes the Courtyard for a cocktail hour. Our skilled Sales & Catering team will guide you through the entre planning process to ensure that everything is perfect and stress-free for your once in a lifetime event. Our experienced culinary team will prepare gourmet cuisine that is certain to impress all in attendance, including our widely sought after Popovers. Venue Notes

There is no rental fee for the reception and ceremony as long as the minimum dinner count is met. The Dakota Ballroom requires 300 adult dinners for the event. The Missouri Ballroom requires a minimum of 150 adult dinners for the event. We have a wide variety on the menu to suit all budgets and tastes.
