The rental fee ranges from $2,500 to $4,000 for a ceremony and reception. This rental fee includes 8 hours on the day of your event, tables and chairs set up for up to 125 guests, with indoor or outdoor ceremony space available. In addition to our rental rate, a cleaning charge of $300 and damage deposit of $250 is required; $250 is refundable as long as no damage occurs to the property.Amenities And Requirements
