Longacre Bed & Breakfast Overview
Nestled on three picturesque acres in Appomattox, Virginia, Longacre Bed & Breakfast is an ideal place to celebrate the most romantic day of your life. Built in 1933, this English Tudor style home boasts beautifully landscaped gardens surrounded by Boxwoods and a towering Magnolia tree. Hold your ceremony outside, with the scenic grounds forming a picture perfect backdrop as you say “I do,” and it’s sure to be a magical event that you’ll remember forever. Celebrate this special occasion with an elegant reception in Longacre’s charming fountain courtyard, where there is plenty of space to set up a tent and seat up to 200 people. Longacre Bed & Breakfast also offers a full buyout package, which includes two nights of overnight accommodations for up to 18 guests and access to the Carriage House and the picturesque grounds. Host a weekend long wedding celebration at this spectacular venue and it’s sure to be a dream come true!Venue Notes
The rental fee ranges from $2,500 to $4,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony only wedding is $500. Rental fee for the indoor options includes access to all 5 rooms and entire venue for 2 nights and overnight accommodations for up to 14 guests. For the outdoor option/weekend buyout, rental fee is $4,000 for 2 nights. Please note venue is available to hold events on Sunday after 4:00PM.
