The rental fee is $7,500 for a week long stay and ceremony/reception and includes 12 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $1,000 with reception rental. A refundable security deposit of 30% of the rental is required. Please note rental fee includes access and overnight accommodations at the venue for 7 days. Venue can accommodate up to 12 overnight guests.Amenities And Requirements
