Indian River Life-Saving Station Overview
Feel in harmony with the soothing waves of the Atlantic Ocean when you say your vows near the beautifully restored Indian River Life-Saving Station at Delaware Seashore State Park. This historic site which has been meticulously restored to its 1905 home of the US Coast Guard. It’s now a museum that captures an important time in maritime history, as well as a spectacular coastal location that is the perfect setting for a beach destination wedding. There’s plenty of space for your small or large reception which can be under the stars or tented and the friendly staff in the adjacent museum are waiting to answer questions about set up. A stunning sunset and moonlight magic are Mother Nature at her best and she’s just waiting to bring the enchantment to your unforgettable day at this lovely and unique destination.Venue Notes
Our fee for holding an event on the property is $5,000.00 ($2,500.00 non-refundable deposit due when reserving date with $2,500 balance due no later than 60 days after signing the Formal Reservation Agreement.) OR you may take advantage of a 15% discount by paying $4,250.00 in full at time of booking. This fee is strictly for use of the property. Any other expenses (such as tent rental, catering, florist, etc.) are your responsibility. List of certified tent vendors and caterers for your reference will be provided.Amenities And Requirements
