Our fee for holding an event at the Grove is $750.00 ($250.00 non-refundable deposit due when reserving date with $500.00 balance due no later than 60 days after signing the Reservation Agreement.) This fee is strictly for use of the property, special use permit and pavilion. Any other expenses (such as tent rental, catering, florist, etc.) are your responsibility.
