Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $800 to $1,000 for a reception and ceremony and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit of $600 is required. Please note venue is only available for events on Saturday and Sunday.

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors only- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 10:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking outside only
