* A Food & Beverage minimum will apply for all events in lieu of any rental fees for the space. * 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time are included. * The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $500. Additional hours can be arranged. * Please inquire with venue wedding coordinator for details. * A nonrefundable deposit of $5,000 is required.
