The rental fee of $3000 for a ceremony and reception includes 10 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony only wedding is $500. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.Amenities And Requirements

- 75 decible noise limit per City regulations- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- Fireworks not allowed, including sparklers, per City regulations- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 10:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No smoking- Venue must approve all decorations- Wheelchair access limited
