As the name implies, Dream Catcher Grand is a beautifully secluded, multi-level waterfront home that offers 7,000 square feet of space to bring to life all of your dreams! With 500 feet of waterfront on a peninsula surrounded by 37 acres of natural beauty, this giant home features 9 bedrooms with 7.5 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep over 30 guests. Soaring ceilings with full-length glass windows look out to magnificent views of Grand Lake. A large hot tub and a fire pit outside along with four multi-level waterfront decks ensure that your guests will never run out of fun activities to do. A home built for entertaining Dream Catcher Grand is the perfect place to celebrate your happily-ever-after and create unique memories to last a lifetime.Venue Notes
The rental fee is $3,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required. Please note weekend events require a 3 night minimum stay (about $7,500) or for weekday events a 2 night minimum stay (about $5,000).
