The Barns at Wolf Trap Overview

The Barns at Wolf Trap The Barns is a beautifully maintained historic building with high ceilings and rustic wooden beams. The Barns is also a performance venue and comes equipped with a built-in stage ready for entertainment and a supported wooden floor for dancing. This temperature-controlled reception space can accommodate up to 160 guests for a seated event. Facility pricing ranges from $4,000-$6,750 based on the time of year and day of the week. Alternative pricing may apply to peak seasons and holiday bookings. What's Included in the Facility Rental? In order to balance both activities, we contract The Barns for rentals up to one year prior to the event month in question. Our in-house Opera program takes residence in The Barns and Education Hall from mid-May through late August, so the spaces are unavailable for rental during that time.

Facility pricing ranges from $4,000-$6,750 based on the time of year and day of the week. Alternative pricing may apply to peak seasons and holiday bookings. The facility rental fee for a ceremony and reception and includes 8 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Additional hours can be arranged, please inquire directly with the venue.
