First Baptist Tulsa Overview

First Baptist Church in downtown Tulsa is a Gothic style structure with a history that coincides with the earliest days of the city, when Tulsa was a small Indian Territory trading post on the banks of the Arkansas River and known affectionately as “Tulsey Town” The current church was built in 1927 and has continued to grow over the years. First Baptist Tulsa is committed to not only providing a special place for your wedding, but to also helping provide a strong foundation for your marriage as well. A wedding liaison will be with you from the moment you choose to join your lives together, from the early planning stages, rehearsal coordination and decoration of the Worship Center. Your commitment before God in the beautiful sanctuary will begin your lives as Mr. and Mrs. You will look back on the photographs in wonder at the gorgeous stained glass window, the lighting and the music but most of all the pledge to each other. From beginning to end, ‘til death do us part….a day of love and commitment as one.

Venue Notes

The rental fee is $325-$475 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $900 to $2000. Additional hours can be arranged, please inquire with the venue for more details. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required. Venue is only available on Friday and Saturday. Discounts apply for members. Please inquire about rental rates including use of kitchen. Please note, no dancing allowed aside from first dance. Counseling is required prior to marriage; available through church if desired.
