Venue Notes

The rental fee is $500 for a reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $1,000 with reception rental. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Please note rental fee includes a rehearsal dinner. Ceremony and reception fees are waived and a bride and groom dressing area is included if food and beverage minimum is reached.
