The rental fee ranges from $1,000 to $1,200 for a reception and includes 8 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $0 to $750 depending on space and capacity. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $50/hr. A refundable security deposit of $300 is required.
