Cedar Lake is a landmark building located in the West Chelsea Historic District. A true definition of a multi-purpose event space, Cedar Lake can accommodate your most intimate and most extravagant wedding plans. The interior of the theater space has a raw, industrial feel while still retaining a modern elegance suited for contemporary weddings. The walls are mostly brick, with one wall finished in black stucco. The south wall contains five large, arched windows that let in plenty of sunlight. Experiment with lighting, the roomy space, and the brick walls to make your ideal wedding style come to life. The rental fee is $26,000. Which includes the use of both rooms, Event Manager, Technical Supervisor, Trash removal and cleaning, security, and use of the lighting truss, power, ladders, lift and Heat/air conditioning. A refundable security deposit of $10,000 is required.Amenities And Requirements
