Located in the Capitol City neighborhood of St. Paul, Sweeney’s Saloon offers not only a unique gathering place for locals, but also a unique backdrop for your wedding day. With its historic 1886 building that is brimming with timeless charm and one of the best open air patios in town, Sweeney’s Saloon provides soon-to-be-wed couples with a lovely venue for a more intimate wedding celebration. Two spaces can accommodate events of various sizes, ranging from an intimate dinner of 20 close friends and loved ones to a grand event of up to 200 guests. For more elaborate events, look to The Oak Room. This elegant and historic setting located just above the saloon itself offers an unforgettable backdrop for larger events, including an expansive dance floor. For smaller gatherings, look to The Ashland Room -- a semi-private space located on the saloon’s main floor. This beautiful space features it own welcoming fireplace, exposed brick walls, and dark wood accents.
