John H. Pierce House Overview
The Pierce House, built in 1900, is located within the Lincoln Center Historic District in Lincoln, Massachusetts, and was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. The Pierce House offers an elegant, historic space for weddings with access to 30 acres of rolling lawns and woodlands. Three beautiful locations for your ceremony and tent space that can fit up to 200 guests. Cocktail receptions on our covered porches, rolling lawns, and an interior space. You can plan small seated dinners in the house with fireplaces lit. We are ideally suited for weddings of any size. We understand weddings can be complex, but with an experienced staff to help steer your ship, your wedding at the Pierce House can be exactly what you envisioned. In high season, the rental fee ranges from $2,100 for Fridays and Sundays to $3,300 for Saturdays. The tent is an additional fee of $1,820. Three locations for ceremony and includes 8 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $210 to $330/hr.Amenities And Requirements

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 10:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations- Wheelchair access limited
