Biltwell Event Center Overview

There is no better place to celebrate the happiest day of your life in downtown Indianapolis than the Biltwell Event Center. Originally constructed in 1922, this historic factory/warehouse has been transformed into a stunning event venue. Featuring exposed brick walls, sliding metal doors, hardwood floors, 20-foot ceilings with a sawtooth roof, and wall-to-wall windows that provide a breathtaking view of the downtown skyline, this one-of-a-kind venue is a truly exceptional place to celebrate your special day. It's spectacular second-floor Grand Hall can accommodate large parties with up to 650 guests, while it's first-floor reception area can seat up to 350 people. If you are planning a smaller event, both spaces can be arranged for a more intimate feel. Invite all your friends and family to attend your wedding ceremony and reception at the gorgeous Biltwell Event Center and it's sure to be a dream come true!

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $6,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 12 hours of event time, which includes 6 hours of setup time, and 6 hours of actual event time. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $300-$500 depending on which side of the venue you rent. Additional event hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr.
