Once your guests have all arrived, exchange your vows in the lush East Garden or the picturesque West Garden Patio; both sites will provide a magical backdrop for your outdoor ceremony. Share your first official kiss as newlyweds and then celebrate with all your loved ones in the gorgeous outdoor pavilion or in The Caldwell House’s elegant dining room. The rental fee ranges from $2,450 (50 guests) to $5,250 (150 guests) for a ceremony and reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony only wedding is $300. Rental fee includes overnight accommodations for up to 10 guests, venue is able to coordinate outside rentals. For events with a guest count over 150 guests, please inquire directly with the venue. Please note there is an additional $50 bartender fee for events with over 100 guests.Amenities And Requirements
