Bayside Historical Society Overview

Nestled in stunning waterfront Fort Totten Park, Bayside Historical Society is the ideal place for your story-book wedding. Dating back to 1887, the landmark-designated Gothic Revival-style building reflects the grand décor of a bygone era. This unique venue, known as the Castle, can be tailored to your event’s distinctive needs. A variety of beautiful spaces and rooms are available for your exclusive use, including an intimate dining room with adjoining gallery; a sunlit reception hall with cathedral ceilings; and a grand ballroom with breathtaking views. The versatility of the Castle can accommodate an intimate ceremony or a grand banquet reception for up to 150 guests. The dedicated staff is ready to help you discover how you can create a truly unforgettable wedding experience for you and your guests.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $2,950 to $3,950 for a reception and ceremony and includes 4 hours of event time and one hour each of set-up and clean-up time. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.
